Summer Run Club+ Session

Our Run Club+ Session will help you safely train for a 5K, even if you've never run a day in your life. The 8-week program is social-distancing approved, so it's perfect for life right now!

This is an amazing program that allows you to train on your time with the support and accountability of the moms in the Run Club+ session. You also get:

  • Weekly distance training runs (social distancing approved)
  • Runner’s nutrition tips
  • Access to the private Facebook page to help keep you on track
  • Weekly endurance challenges designed to help build muscle and speed

Summer Run Club+ June 25th

Runs will take place every Friday, for eight weeks, at 6am at The Forge in Lemont

NOTE:
  • Jogging strollers as indicated by the manufacturer are suggested for all Run Club+ run days.
  • Runs, conditioning and agility training helps every runner, from novice to advance, get stronger, faster and build endurance in a safe and judgement-free environment.
  • Runs are appropriate for beginner and intermediate runners.
  • We are currently following CDC and state recommendations for social distancing, therefore we ask that you please uphold social distancing recommendations during all weekly runs and throughout the 8-week Run Club+ session.
