Body Well™ | ADD-ON FOR MEMBERS
This 8-week women-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within the FIT4MOM Frankfort community.

In Person Orientation & Assessment Night is Sunday, 9/8 at 7pm.

The 8 week session includes:
- 2 child-free classes a week (Choose from: Mondays at 7:30pm, Wednesdays at 7:30pm, Saturdays at 7:30am)
- Before + After Fitness Assessments
- Nutritional Guidance and Accountability
- 1:1 weekly check-in calls with your Coach
- A Printed 8 Week Wellness Journal + Meal/Movement Planner
- Private Body Well Group on Slack
- Optional Weekly Body Well Group Meetings on Zoom | Sundays at 7:30pm
- FIT4MOM Nutrition Guide + Recipe App

-11/1: End of Session Celebration & Final Assessments Night! 7PM

Body Well sessions are currently held 4 times a year - every season and spots fill up fast!
Cancellation policy There are no refunds, credits or transfers for the Body Well program. If you should become pregnant or injured during the session, please email joannazapata@fit4mom.com for your options.
